My mission

My mission is to provide professionals with a work balance that leaves them in control of their work hence a better work balance.

My goal is to provide professionals with simple tools to maneuver through the often hectic and ever changing workday, where the workload typically does not match the work hours available.

The tools and methods used are simple and easy to implement.

Very few professionals have received training in self-management, as this is seldom part of formal education curriculum. Through trial & error, we find systems and methods that work. By focusing on the way we work, we might find that most of our habits are quite good and a few work habits could benefit from adjustment with great effect in regards to time spent and stress level.
